This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you respond to our advertisements, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. We use your personal data to contact and support you, as well as to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our website, you agree to receive account and service text messages — including appointment and estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, service and “on the way” arrival updates, missed-call text-backs, and post-service follow-ups such as review requests — from Southern Skies Outdoor Services, LLC at the number you provide. These are transactional and customer-care messages; we do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies by your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at ssoutdoorservices21@gmail.com. Full messaging terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent — including your phone number and the fact that you have opted in to text messaging — will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. We may share information only with vendors that directly help us operate our own messaging and business services (such as our SMS platform provider), solely to the extent needed to deliver those services to you; those providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
